The WHO plan C: Treat severe dehydration quickly

NOTE: If possible, observe the child for at least 6 h after rehydration to be sure the parent/caretaker can maintain hydration by giving the child ORS solution by mouth.

* Repeat once if radial pulse is still weak or not detectable.
