Systemic anaplastic large cell lymphoma: Post-induction management of advanced-stage disease in transplant-eligible patients

This algorithm describes post-induction therapy management of advanced-stage ALK-positive sALCL and ALK-negative sALCL in transplant-eligible patients. Refer to related UpToDate material for details of diagnosis, staging, prognosis, treatment, eligibility for HCT, and response assessment. Management of relapsed or refractory sALCL is discussed separately.
