Hypnogram sample of severe pediatric obstructive sleep apnea

This hypnogram is from an overnight sleep study recorded in a 2-year-old with severe obstructive sleep apnea by any measure. Note how apneas and hypopneas are frequent, long, and cause severe oxygen desaturations in rapid eye movement (REM) sleep. Respiratory events cause frequent arousals.
