Postinduction therapy for peripheral T cell lymphoma (excluding systemic anaplastic large cell lymphoma) in transplant-eligible patients

This algorithm describes postinduction management of PTCL in adults, excluding sALCL. Refer to related UpToDate material for details of diagnosis, staging, prognosis, treatment, eligibility for HCT, and response assessment. Management of relapsed/refractory PTCL is discussed separately.
