Thumb fracture distal phalanx

These PA (image A) and lateral (image B) plain radiographs of the thumb show a fracture of distal phalanx. The comminuted fracture (arrows) extends to the articular surface of the interphalangeal joint (arrowheads). There is mild apex-palmar angulation at the fracture site (dashed arrows).
