Reported Use

Treatment of painful spasms, including low back pain, cervico-brachial syndrome, periarthritis, spondylosis, torticollis, and general muscle pain.

Dosage Range

Note: Dosing is expressed in terms of pridinol mesylate. Pridinol mesylate 4 mg is equivalent to 3.02 mg of pridinol base.

Adult: Oral: 2 to 4 mg three times daily.
