(B) Sagittal ultrasound demonstrates the heterogeneous mass in the right thorax (arrow) with eventration of the diaphragm (arrowhead).

(C [sagittal], D [coronal], E [axial]) T2-weighted MRI demonstrates the large high signal mass in the right lung (arrows). The mass is deviating the heart (arrowhead) to the left. The CVR was 3.5 (high risk for hydrops developing).
