CPSP can occur after most types of surgery, though the procedures that appear in this table are associated with a particularly high incidence of CPSP.

The data in this table are based on published reports, however the incidence of CPSP is difficult to determine as reported rates vary depending on the time interval used to define CPSP and the study population.
