Osteoarthritis of tarsometatarsal joints

This AP plain radiograph of the midfoot shows severe osteoarthritic changes at the second and third tarsometatarsal joints (within circle). There is nearly complete loss of the joint spaces accompanied by significant sclerosis. Narrowing of the talonavicular joint with sclerotic changes is also visible (within dashed white circle).
