Ureteropelvic junction with intrinsic narrowing; release of tethering connective tissue

This infant has congenital intrinsic narrowing of the left UPJ. This video shows robotic-assisted pyeloplasty, using a transmesenteric approach. This clip shows dissection of tethering connective tissue to expose the UPJ area in preparation for surgical removal of the narrowed segment.
