Ureteropelvic junction obstruction due to high insertion of the ureter

Video showing robotic-assisted pyeloplasty in an infant with congenital UPJ obstruction on the right side due to a high insertion of the ureter into the renal pelvis. The procedure involves reducing the size of the renal pelvis, detaching the ureter, and reanastomosing it in a dependent position to repair the obstruction.
