High-resolution computed tomography image of nonfibrotic hypersensitivity pneumonitis – 2

High-resolution CT image shows diffuse ground-glass opacities and lobular areas of decreased attenuation and vascularity involving all lobes. In the lower lobes there are lobules with decreased attenuation, increased attenuation, and normal or near normal attenuation ("three-density pattern").
