High-resolution CT imaging of typical fibrotic hypersensitivity pneumonitis

Cross-sectional (A) and coronal (B) CT images demonstrate random reticular opacities, extensive ground-glass and lobular areas of decreased attenuation and vascularity in all lobes. A three-density pattern is present in both lower lobes.
