Notable features include bilateral brachymetatarsia of the great toes (first digits), hammertoes of the second and third digits most prominent in the left foot (arrow shows example), claw toe of the fourth digits bilaterally (dashed arrow shows example), and traumatic "knuckle pads" (benign growths) at the PIP joints of the second and third digits bilaterally (arrowhead shows example).
