Lymphomatoid papulosis type C: Histopathologic features

(A) Diffuse infiltrate of large anaplastic cells with only occasional admixed inflammatory cells. The histological picture is indistinguishable from that of cutaneous anaplastic large cell lymphoma, and clinicopathological correlation is required to make a definite diagnosis.

(B) Staining for CD30.
