Pediatric-type diffuse hemispheric glioma, H3 G34-mutant

Transverse axial FLAIR MRI (A) shows a heterogeneous, T2/FLAIR bright and isointense right temporal mass with surrounding edema and midline shift. Postcontrast T1-weighted MRI (B) shows a large, heterogeneously enhancing tumor. Axial DWI (C) and ADC (D) maps demonstrate areas of restricted diffusion within the tumor, compatible with high cellularity.
