This person had the cutaneous form 5 years ago and received treatment; 2 years later, he presented nasal obstruction, rhinorrhea, and pain, and a year later, it affected the palate. It spread to the upper lip 7 months ago, with large ulcerations, serous sanguineous crusts, and considerable edema and infiltration. Granulomatous infiltration of the palate is visible and there is a similar small lesion on the lower lip.
