Chronic cellulitis on the right lower extremities of a patient with X-linked agammaglobulinemia:

(A, B) At presentation (aged 14 years), cellulitis lesions with demarcated, hyperpigmented, painful, macule, indurated plaques on the lower extremities.

(C, D) Before combined antibiotic treatment with imipenem and fosfomycin (aged 17 years), cellulitis pyoderma gangrenosum-like ulcers on the lower extremities.

(E, F) After 10 weeks of systemic antibiotic treatment (age 17 years), cellulitis lesions healed; only pigmentation remained on the lower extremities.
