(A) Erythematous macules in hands and legs at the beginning of treatment (July 2018).

(B) The lesion in the right leg progressed to violaceous plaque and necrotic crusts (arrows; February 2019).

(C) The lesions progressed, despite treatment, to a pyoderma gangrenosum-like ulcer (June 2019).
