Stevens-Johnson syndrome/toxic epidermal necrolysis patches

Stevens-Johnson syndrome/toxic epidermal necrolysis patches
Stevens-Johnson syndrome, or "SJS," is a rare but very serious problem that affects the skin. It can cause patches of painful skin that look red or purple. They might look darker in the middle and lighter around the outside. A more severe form of SJS is called "toxic epidermal necrolysis," or "TEN."
