Side leg lift
Lie on your side. The leg on the floor should be bent at the knee. Keep your top leg straight and in line with the foot of the leg on the floor. Lift your top leg about 18 inches (46 cm) off the floor, then slowly lower down so it is on top of your other foot. Repeat on the other side.
