ANSWER — 

Incorrect.

Nonsteroidal antiinflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) are usually ineffective for the treatment of painful diabetic neuropathy. In a patient with diabetic nephropathy, this class of medications should be avoided when alternatives exist.
