Disk diffusion test of Candida parapsilosis at 24 hours

Antifungal susceptibilities are determined by measuring the diameter of the zone of inhibition in millimeters for each of the different antifungal disks. These are converted to susceptible, intermediate, or resistant using reference ranges determined by the Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute.
