Three-part proximal humerus fracture

This anteroposterior radiograph shows a fracture of the surgical neck of the humerus. A portion of the surgical neck and the greater tuberosity are displaced from the humeral head (H) and shaft (S). In the Neer classification system this is categorized as a three-part proximal humerus fracture.
