CT appearance of paclitaxel pulmonary toxicity

Two views of a CT scan from a female patient receiving adjuvant chemotherapy for breast cancer. She had received four cycles of doxorubicin and cyclophosphamide and had just completed her first dose of paclitaxel 10 days before this scan. She presented with dry cough, dyspnea, and malaise. Bronchoscopic/BAL cultures were negative, and radiographic opacities resolved with glucocorticoid therapy.
