Prenatal ultrasound and magnetic resonance imaging of fetal intralobar sequestration at 29 weeks of gestation

(A) Axial ultrasound demonstrates an echogenic mass in the right lower lobe.

(B) and (C) T2-weighted MRI demonstrates a high signal mass in the right lower lobe with mild mediastinal shift to the left; (B) axial and (C) coronal views. The congenital pulmonary airway malformation volume ratio is 0.8, indicating a low risk for hydrops.

(D) Color Doppler examination shows a dominant vessel originating from the thoracic aorta and coursing to the mass.
