Fetal neuroblastoma at 18 weeks of gestation

Transverse view of fetal abdomen at gestational age of 18 weeks shows an echogenic mass adjacent to the spine and posterior to the stomach (on the fetal left side). The differential diagnosis for a lesion in this location with this appearance is neuroblastoma or sequestration, despite being on the less classic left side.
