Tricuspid regurgitation due to pulmonary hypertension

Pressures, simultaneously recorded in the right atrium (RA) and right ventricle (RV), are markedly elevated in tricuspid regurgitation due to pulmonary hypertension, and there is a tall "V" wave in the RA.
