Pressure derived fractional flow reserve

A mild resting gradient shown by the difference in the aortic (Pa) and coronary (Pd) pressures becomes bigger with hyperemia. The hyperemic blood flow signal is shown under the yellow shaded band. Coronary vasodilatory reserve, CVR is 2.2 and FFR 0.78. Intracoronary adenosine was given at the black arrow.
