Obstructed biliopancreatic limb after gastric bypass

(A) Arrows point to distended gastric remnant. These loops of bowel are non-contrast filled because it is the biliopancreatic limb and bypassed stomach.
(B) This abdominal flat plate one day after an esophagram shows retrograde filling of the biliopancreatic limb and pathologic distention of the remnant stomach in a gastric bypass patient.
