Small cardiac rhabdomyomas in a 36 week autolyzed and hydropic stillbirth

Death presumably due to conduction anomalies from the multiple cardiac rhabdomyomata. These are very often associated with tuberous sclerosis and may be the only feature of this disease in the fetus. It necessitates familial genetic counseling when found.
