Intraluminal obstruction after gastric bypass

The arrows point to an intraluminal obstruction after gastric bypass. A feces sign is seen in the small bowel, and the distal bowel is collapsed. The patient presented with abdominal pain and was obstructed by steak. This obstruction resolved spontaneously.
