Chest radiograph shows a typical bronchial pattern with marked hyperexpansion, upper lobe bronchiectases with mucoid impactions, retraction of both hilar regions cephalad due to scarring, and pulmonary arterial hypertension with dilatation of both central pulmonary arteries.
