Two images from fetal a survey at 20 weeks of gestation in a fetus with amniotic band sequence

(A) This image, which was obtained during a fetal survey, shows an anterior abdominal wall defect adjacent to the cord insertion site, with free floating loops of bowel in the amniotic fluid. This is the appearance of a gastroschisis.
(B) This image shows the leg with a constriction band. There were many other regions of amputations and constriction bands in this fetus, leading to the diagnosis of amniotic band sequence.
