Contrast MDCT of pancreatic mass

Contrast-enhanced MDCT in coronal projection demonstrates a small mass (arrow) in the body of the pancreas, causing pancreatic ductal obstruction, with abrupt cutoff of the main pancreatic duct (arrowhead).
