Infiltrating urothelial carcinoma, microcystic subtype

(A) At low power (20×) the microcystic subtype of infiltrating urothelial carcinoma tumor may show a striking cystic pattern.

(B) At high power (40×) the cysts contain necrotic material or pink secretions. The cyst lining may be flattened or absent.
