Fistula from pancreas to skin on fistulogram

Fistulogram through a percutaneous drain catheter demonstrates a pancreaticocutaneous fistula (arrow) connecting to the disruption in the pancreatic duct at the neck. There is retrograde and antegrade filling of the pancreatic duct through the fistula.
