12 lead ECG of the common form of an atrioventricular nodal reentrant tachycardia

The 12 lead ECG shows a regular narrow complex tachycardia with a rate of 135 beats per minute; no P waves can be seen. The QRS morphology is identical to that seen during sinus rhythm.
