Peripelvic cysts

Longitudinal ultrasound of the left kidney (A) shows what appears to be hydronephrosis. Contrast-enhanced computed tomography in the excretory phase (B) shows fluid-filled structures in the renal sinuses bilaterally surrounding excreted contrast in nondilated collecting system, compatible with peripelvic cysts.
