Ebstein anomaly echocardiogram four-chamber view

The four-chamber view of a transthoracic echocardiogram shows a large right atrium (RA), due to atrialization of the right ventricle (RV) and a large sail-like tricuspid valve (TV). A vestigal septal leaflet can be seen (red arrow).
