CT fluoroscopic guidance

A 77-year-old woman with biopsy-proven 1.8 cm left lower lobe adenocarcinoma (stage IA NSCLC) who was not considered a surgical candidate due to chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and cardiac risk factors.
