Echocardiogram apical long-axis view of calcific aortic stenosis

The apical long axis view from a 2D echocardiogram shows significant calcification of the aortic valve and aortic root with limited leaflet mobility. There is also significant concentric hypertrophy of the left ventricular myocardium.
