Δ Turner syndrome (TS): Most females with TS present with primary amenorrhea. However, some present with secondary amenorrhea, typically those with mosaicism (most commonly 45,X/46,XX).

◊ 46,XY gonadal dysgenesis presents with primary amenorrhea only.
