Frykman I radius fracture PA view

This radiograph, taken of a 23-year-old snowboarder after she fell back onto her outstretched left hand, shows a Frykman I distal radius fracture. The radiograph shows several abnormalities including a significant loss of radial height, decreased radial inclination, and positive ulnar variance. Also, several fracture lines are present (arrows), indicating comminution.
