Two-dimensional echocardiogram in the apical four-chamber view (panel A) from a patient with Ebstein anomaly shows a displaced, long ("sail"-like) anterior leaflet of the tricuspid valve, which is attached to the tricuspid annulus (dashed arrow) and apical displacement of the septal leaflet (arrowhead).
