Metastatic breast cancer to pleura

Status post right mastectomy. CT scan shows small left pleural effusion and larger right pleural effusion with tumor masses, leading to cardiomediastinal shift to the left. Sclerosis of the sternum is due to osteoblastic metastatic disease.
