Right anterior oblique projection of left ventricular angiogram in tetralogy of Fallot

An LV angiogram with the camera in a right anterior oblique projection in tetralogy of Fallot does not permit good visualization of the VSD; however, the left-to-right flow across the VSD does allow excellent visualization of the hypertrophied INF and the severe subpulmonary obstruction (*).
