Posteroanterior (PA) view of right middle lobe atelectasis in which the right cardiac border is obscured. Other findings include a faint increase in opacity in the right lower lung and a slight reduction in the overall right lung volume when compared with the left lung and oligemia of the right upper lobe when compared with the left lung.
