(A) Transverse transvaginal sonogram reveals intrauterine gestational sac with yolk sac. Note small amount of blood (arrow) adjacent to gestational sac.
(B) Transvaginal sagittal sonogram obtained 2 weeks after (A) because of vaginal bleeding shows subchorionic hematoma (dashed arrow) with debris. Collection could be mistaken for second gestational sac with embryonic demise.
