Complete avulsion of the tibial tubercle

This 13-year-old fell after attempting a jump. The radiograph shows complete avulsion of the tibial tuberosity with a Salter-Harris IV proximal tibial fracture (black arrow), knee joint effusion (white arrow), and proximal patellar displacement.
